hi! i really like your blog and i was wondering if you could give me some advice on slimming down? i do pretty intense workouts right now (in my opinion), but i feel like i'm getting bulky :( my dream is to be picked up by my bf and him saying "you're so light!" please help me>< ps: any slimming, tummy filling, snacks you recommend? :) please and thank you! <3
Cardio helps you slim down without building muscle. Yoga and dance are also will build lean muscles. Celery with organic peanut butter is a good snack. Avoid anything that has white flour in it i.e white bread, pasta. Honestly just eat heathy. Organic is the best.
